Who We're Looking For

We’re not hiring presenters.
We’re building a network of purpose-led facilitators who will guide this work in their own patch of the world.

You might be a coach, educator, counsellor, wellbeing practitioner, or someone with lived experience and a calling to support others. What matters most is your ability to hold space, lead with authenticity, and connect with students, staff, and families in a way that’s real and relational.

If you can see beneath the surface and help others do the same, you’re in the right place.

Your Role as a Facilitator

Build relationships with aligned schools in your area
Deliver powerful sessions to students and teachers
Hold space for growth, self-awareness, and courageous conversations
Contribute to a culture of kindness, leadership, and connection

Facilitators are responsible for signing up a handful of schools that form your Patch. A commission fee is paid annually for each retained school, and of course you will receive a facilitation fee. You’ll be equipped with everything you need to succeed—from pitch materials to session guides to business development support.
